Tom Hodson, Harry Schulman and AJ Wasserstein have joined Baird Capital Partners, the US-based buy-out fund of Baird Private Equity, as operating partners. They will work with BCP’s sector-focused teams in sourcing, evaluating and overseeing portfolio company investments. Hodson is the chairman and CEO of NeuroSource, a healthcare company focused exclusively on the business of neuroscience and allied specialties. He recently joined BCP investment Ellman International’s board of directors as non-executive chairman. Previously, Hodson was senior vice president, CFO and director for Caremark International. Prior to that, he spent nearly 20 years at Baxter International in a variety of financial and operating positions.
Schulman was previously president and CEO of Applica, a then publicly traded company that markets and distributes a wide range of small appliances under licensed brand names such as Black & Decker.
Wasserstein is the founder and former president and CEO of ArchivesOne, a records management company.
BCP invests in lower mid-market companies in the business services, manufactured products and healthcare sectors.
