Description

Two years down the road after the successful accession of 10 Central European countries into the European Union (and a number of others joining in a very short time), the time has come to ask the question: Has the proverbial “paradigm shift” occurred? Has the CEE private equity industry become a part of the pan-European industry; has the market “emerged”?

The 9th Annual CEE Private Equity Forum (CEEPEF 9) is the ultimate meeting place for private equity professionals to share their views, techniques and discuss the latest transactions. This year, the event will continue the theme started at CEEPEF last year and will concentrate on the global changes occurring across the region.

The conference will feature speakers from a majority of the countries in the region (both the ones that are already part of the EU and the others that will join shortly).

They will speak on the challenges of operating in the current environment; discuss the issues of competition, and deal flow, transaction structuring, present latest case studies and many other issues.
