Pre-MBA Investment Associate, Venture Capital Fund, London

We’re working with one of the leading global technology venture capital investors. The fund makes both early stage and growth equity investments, working closely with management to deliver real growth post-investment. The fund will bring fresh capital, sector expertise and new contacts to the business, to help it achieve the next stage in its development. As a Pre-MBA Associate you’ll work closely with the senior management throughout the investment process. You’ll need to have worked in private equity or venture capital previously, and have good transaction experience. Given the fund’s sector focus, a passion for technology is of course also essential, although your investment experience need not be TMT-driven. As a leading fund with equity to invest and a fantastic track record over many decades, this is a great opportunity to further your career in this exciting sector.

You’ll need to show:

•    Private equity or venture capital investment experience as analyst or associate
•    Ideally previous investment banking or strategy consulting analyst training
•    TMT experience would be a huge plus; you must at least be able to demonstrate a deep interest in technology
•    Real transaction execution experience in PE or VC
•    Strong analytical skills and commercially minded
