Holland Venture Partners launches €70m fund with Natixis as sponsors

Holland Venture Partners has chosen to be sponsored by French firm Natixis Private Equity to establish NPE Holland Venture Partners Fund I.

Combined with the strong expertise of Natixis Private Equity, the team has got all the assets to generate good returns on this market,” said François Feige, board member of Natixis Private Equity International Management.

The fund will invest in companies with revenues up to €60m that can benefit from deregulation, demographic developments, sustainability or ownership transmission.

The fund will acquire majority stakes or minority stakes with control rights and invest €3m to €13m per deal.

Holland Venture was established in 1981 as one of the first private equity firms in The Netherlands. To date, Holland Venture has realised a total 110 investments through four different funds. Created in 2009, Holland Venture Partners represents the new generation of this fund manager.
