Private equity firm 21 Partners has hired Marco Guglielminetti and Nicolas Marien to support the development of its investment teams in Italy and France respectively.
Guglielminetti joins the Italian team as Investment manager after three years’ experience in private equity at Investitori Associati. Prior to this, he worked for four years in strategy consulting, at Monitor, Accenture and Value Partners.
Marien joins the French team as associate after three years’ experience in mergers and acquisitions at BNP Paribas Corporate Finance and at Goldman Sachs.
Gérard Pluvinet and Stefano Tanzi, managing partners of 21 Partners, said, “Marco and Nicolas are both high quality profiles, with a noticeable expertise in industry and investment activity. We are confident that their experience and sense of entrepreneurship will be a strength for our activity in the Italian and French markets.”
21 Partners invests in companies with an enterprise value in the range of €50m to €500m, with a particular focus on those in the range of 50 to 300 million of euros.
21 Partners operates in Italy with 21 Investimenti and in France with 21 Centrale Partners.
