how to receive altassets RSS FEEDS
The AltAssets RSS News Feed: Daily
Private Equity Updates
RSS, which stands for Really Simple Syndication,
is a recent internet technology which removes
the need for you to visit dozens of different
web sites every day to keep up to date with the
news and articles you want to track.
With RSS software - either installed on your
PC, or accessed like Hotmail as a service over
the web - you can aggregate all the content you
regularly visit onto a single control panel. This
saves you time and makes it far easier to receive
information.
If you already have RSS software, you can add
AltAssets' daily news to your collection of content
sources via the URL:
http://www.altassets.com/rss/rss.xml
If RSS is new to you, read on ...

Getting RSS on your PC
To start viewing AltAssets' daily news feed, you
will need RSS reader software - check with your
IT Department to see if they have a supported
application, otherwise have a look at packages
such as:
AltAssets' own IT Department asks its own staff
to use the BlogLines
service for accessing news feeds.
BlogLines
is a web-based service which is currently free
and can be accessed online - from your office,
home and internet cafes - in a similar fashion
to free e-mail services such as Hotmail.
After you have either set up an RSS account on
BlogLines or installed RSS software on your PC,
you can subscribe to our daily news updates by
entering the URL http://www.altassets.com/rss/rss.xml
into your RSS software's list of content sources.
See the help file of your RSS software on how
to do this, as the subscription function will
vary from program to program.
